never advise anyone to be hungry. I try to have healthy meals and snacks
throughout the day that quell our extravagant cravings. Along with this, weight
can be controlled by getting good sleep, enough water and exercising for just 1
hour.

Early Morning Fenugreek Water Drink
Between 6-7 am
You
have to start the morning with fenugreek water. For this, soak 2 spoons of
fenugreek in a glass overnight and drink fenugreek water first thing in the
morning. Drinking fenugreek water on an empty stomach detoxifies the body and reduces
cholesterol. Improves digestion power and also gives relief in acidity problem.
Mid Morning Almond and Walnut Mix
Morning 7:30 a.m.
According Diet plan After drinking fenugreek water, eat 3-4 almonds (soaked) and walnuts after half an hour. Both of them are rich in vitamins and healthy fats. Several studies have shown that eating almonds and walnuts improves heart health and regulates blood sugar.

Healthy breakfast
Morning 8:30 a.m.
Eat
2 idlis and sambar in your breakfast in the morning. If you do not like it,
then eat a cup of low fat curd with a 1 dal paratha. Apart from this, you can
eat vegetable gram flour cheela or ragi vegetable cheela and peanut chutney.
Add a boiled egg along with whatever you eat in breakfast. You can eat these
three things alternately in 1 month. With this, you will not get bored of
eating the same thing. Note: After 30 minutes you must drink turmeric milk.
Mid Morning Fruit Break
or Sprout Salad
Morning 11:30 a.m.
After
eating breakfast, your stomach will be full, but if you feel like eating
something in the meantime, then you can eat a brown citric fruit like orange,
grapes, strawberry, kiwi etc. Apart from this, you can also eat 1 bowl sprout
salad. Eating this will calm your cravings and fiber-rich sprouts (spouts are
helpful in weight loss as well as being spicy, make healthy breakfast like
this) will be helpful in digesting your food. This will also strengthen your
immunity and will help in weight loss.
Green Tea/Spice Tea Break
12 P.M.
If
you drink green tea or spice tea half an hour after eating sprout salad or
fruit, then your Diet Plan
will be very good. If you are taking green tea, then add half a teaspoon of
cinnamon powder to it. Green tea or spice tea is helpful in reducing weight.
They improve digestion and metabolism and are great for your overall health and
immunity.
Lunch Healthy Meal
1 pm
You eat mixed vegetables with 1 bowl of
millet and dal khichdi in a day. Apart from this, you can take 1 bowl of
sambhar with paneer and vegetable brown rice and a cup of curd, 1 multigrain
roti, 1 bowl of lentils and 1 glass of buttermilk, 2 millet uttapam. Since this
routine has to be followed for a month, then you can make these things
according to you in alternate days.
Green Tea/Spice Tea Break
At 2 Pm
Do not sit still after
having lunch. Walk for some 10 minutes and then after 1 hour take green tea or
spice tea break.
Snack time

According to Diet Plan
If you feel hungry again after having lunch, then you can eat any fruit or a
small bowl of dry roast makhana as a snack. Makhana is rich in nutrients. It
contains protein, fiber as well as antioxidants. Makhana helps in stabilizing
the blood sugar level. This will reduce your cravings and keep you full.
Lemonade
break
5 P.M.
One hour after eating the snack, you should take lemon and
cinnamon powder in lukewarm water. This drink will not only help you in
reducing your weight, but your immunity will also be strengthened by it.
Dinner
light meal
7 P.M.
We should try that we
have our dinner between 7 to 8 o'clock in any case. Since the body does not do
much activity at night, it also takes time to digest food. Keep your dinner
light. In dinner, you have to eat a bowl of mixed vegetables and 1 multigrain
roti with a little mixed seeds salad. Apart from this, take 1 bowl of brown
rice, 1 bowl of lentils and 1 bowl of mixed salad. You can also eat 1 bowl of
oatmeal khichdi at night.
Note: If you still feel
hungry or you wake up late, then you can drink turmeric milk or spice tea 1
hour before sleeping.
In this Diet
plan, you have to keep in mind that you have to drink at least 3
liters of water throughout the day and keep increasing your water intake little
by little throughout the month. Get enough sleep for 7 hours and exercise for
just 1 hour, which includes jogging, running and brisk walking.
